December 28, 2011

Hi friends! Welcome to Day2 of this month's TSG Blog Hop Challenges!
The stamp set that we are showing you today is called Little Moments.

Warm fuzzy moments and life’s little memories are genuinely captured in this new Little Moments set. Gazing through the window watching the snow fall, special moments with brothers and sisters or wonderful thoughts of that one special grandmother that make your heart warm are all here. There’s no better way to send a loving card or create a scrapbook page to capture these glorious moments than to use this fabulous new stamp set.

Little Moments is a 6x8 set that includes a total of 12 stamps $24.

Stamp: Little Momets (TSG)  Color: Copic Markers
Paper: PTI, MME   Tool: Sewing Machine

While I was drawing this illustration, I was thinking of Jessica's beautiful girls. Of course I have not met them in person, but I really love them. Jessica captured their precious moments and shared THIS gorgeous stampbook at the TSG blog. And their stories (especially Chloe's!) that Jessica shares on Facebook always make me smile. :)

TSG 135: Last Minute Gift Tag

December 19, 2011

Hi everyone!
This weeks challenge over at the TSG blog is brought to us by our glorious leader, Jessica! She is challenging us to make last minute gift tags. Who doesn't need those? ;)

I needed to pack 15 Christmas treat bags for my children's friends last week. It meant I had to make 15 gift tags. So this challenge was really timely for me!:)

I combined two TSG stamp sets for these tags. The decorateive frame, the word, "MERRY CHRISTMAS", and the snowman image were from Holly Jolly set by Melyssa. Other images and the circle frame were from No Peeking! set. As I used a matched die and a 1-3/8" circle punch, it was quick and easy to make these tags!:)
Oh, and I can't forget to mention those gorgeous ribbons! They were from my friend Corinna's shop, Ribbon Carousel.com. Yum!:):)

I hope you'll play along with us this week! For the challenge details, please visit the TSG blog.:)

Thank you for stopping by!

Maculine Christmas Card

December 15, 2011

Hi everyone!
I needed a masculine Christmas card for my children's English teacher. I thought my illustrations didn't match for him and decided to go with clean and graphical style.

Ink: Versa Mark   Paper: PTI, MME
Accessories: White EP, Glossy Accents, Twine
Tools: Circle Nestabilities (Spellbinders)

Though it is hardly to see in the first photo, I added some glossy accents to my Christmas ornaments. My daughter loved this part and was eager to know how I did it. :)

Thank you for stopping by today!

Matryoshka Doll

December 13, 2011

As I mentioned in the previous post, I started the Birdie Brown blog yesterday. And also, I listed a new item, Matryoshka Doll set, to my Etsy shop. My sample card was shown on the Birdie Brown blog already, but I just wanted to share it on here too.

Stamp: Matryoshka Doll_Girl (Birdie Brown)   Color: Copic Markers
Paper: PTI, October Afternoon, American Crafts
Tools: Border Punch (Martha), Circle Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Sewing Machine

I don't know about you, but I'm always in need of note cards. So I decided to make a set of small note cards. The card size is 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" square. I didn't add a sentiment so that I can use it in any occasions.

Thank you for stopping by! See you soon!

New Blog

December 12, 2011

Hello everyone!
Just popped in to let you know that I started a new blog for my Etsy shop, Birdie Brown. I created the Birdie brown blog to share info about new release, sale and so on. Of course I'll share some creations using my digital stamps and freebies, too!
As I don't want to make my blog life messy, I decided to close Torico's Digital Gallery blog by the end of this month. I'm so sorry, but I hope you understand me.

Now, hop over to the Birdie Brown blog and follow me!!:)

November 29, 2011

Hi everyone!
Today I'd like to share a quick Christmas card using my digi, Santa Girl.

Ink: Hint Of Pesto, Red Brick (Versa Magic)   Color: Copic Markers
Paper: PTI, Baic Grey (Jovial)   Accessories: Rhinestone (Kaiser)

TSG Blog Hop Challenge : Warmest Wishes

November 24, 2011

Hi everyone!
It's the final day of TSG sneak peeks for this month. Today we are showing one more stamp set for this holiday season.

I had been wanting to have an applique stamp set for years, so I was so excited when Jessica allowed me to make this set!:D This set will keep you in stitches or get you in the mood to make gingerbread houses and sugar cookies. The set includes hearts, stars, and snowflakes to create a one of a kind snowman or holiday tree. This set also includes six dies – so warm up your die cutting machine and let the baking begin. What set wouldn’t be complete without a few sentiments to add to your winter projects?

Warmest Wishes is a 4x4 set that includes a total of 23 stamps and six dies and will sell for $31.50.

Stamp: Warmest Wishes, In Stitches (TSG)
Ink: Tea Leaves, Red Brick (Versa Magic)   Color: Copic Markers
Paper: PTI, EP (Season's Greetings)   Accessories: Rhinestone (MME)

For this card, I decorated the snowman and the trees with tiny rhinestones. But you can use several kinds of button images that are included in this set for decorating them. I think that some of Trendsetters are showing you great way to use the buttons.;)

TSG Blog Hop Challenge Day 2 : Holly Jolly

November 23, 2011

Hello and welcome to Day 2 of this month's TSG Blog Hop Challenges!
The stamp set we are showing today is called Holly Jolly, which was illustrated by Melyssa Connolly!

No two snowflakes are alike…each with a beauty of their own and Melyssa Connolly has captured the beauty of snowflakes in this new Holly Jolly set that are sure to make you wish it were snowing. This amazing set also includes a die! It’s a fabulous versatile set that will surely bring a holiday glisten to your projects – all you need to add is the glitter!

Holly Jolly is a 6x8 set that includes a total of 35 stamps and one die and will sell for $31.50.

Stamp: Holly Jolly (TSG)   Color: Copic markers
Paper: PTI, MME (12 Days of Christmas)
Accessories: Ribbon (PTI), Requid Pearl (Kuretake)
Tools: Circle & Labels 18 Nestabilities (Spellbinders)

For may card, I used not a snowflake but a wreath image from the set. Unfortunately my die is still enjoying her (?) flight to Japan, so I cut the image out with my scissors. But it is certain that you can cut this wreath image with a die that is included in Holly Jolly set.:)
